literally trash. have been with them 2 years and somehow they’ve never had the correct social for me. they can’t ever figure out why my account is always declining when i have sufficient funds. customer service is pretty much pointless. i have family that have the same issues here. don’t recommend.

They are always on top of things when it comes to possible fraudulent charges. Really like doing my banking with them

Totally hands down the best bank around!And Konda,Doug,Heath,and basically everyone there treats you like family and not just a number. I will never go anywhere else. They have had my back since day one and trusted me and I've never let them down and I've worked with them on a business level pressure washing and detailing there repo vehicles and overall I rate them as a 10.

They always been good bank but if they not going open on Saturdays then they need to fix the web site so it doesn't say they are open or if they open they need more help to answer the phone or an answering machine for ppl who have simple questions and doesn't know there parties ext number

It's an alright bank with great employees that make it a good bank. Great service when you need it.

Trying to borrow money, have other loans with the bank. Have called the past 2 days in attempt to get a loan officer to call me back. I’ve never begged someone to make money off of me.
