So I had took a title loan on my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan and gave them a key to it that I had. The key was used to start my van when the loan inspection was done. I fell behind on the payments but shortly after that I paid it off. It then took me 3 weeks for me to get a definite answer on when I could get my key. We had it mailed to us since we don’t live in Lebanon anymore. When we got the key a week later, all i received was my key fob the key was not in it. I just left the Lebanon store I’ve asked them 3 times when I called to please get Pam the district manager to call me and I still have not got a call. I just want my key or my key replaced.

Was coming in to their store when I got off work on a Saturday afternoon was rushing to make it before five called ahead of time to let them know I was on my way about to be there I got there five minutes before hand I know that still aggravating for the employees but it was all I could do for them to immediately shut the lights off and act like they’re closed when I pull in still have the open sign on in the window I wanted to act like nobody was there. I know way when those people that shows up and then for closing time to sit down and eat I know that that’s upsetting and inconsiderate but when you’re hard up in a spot needing money for medical attention and your last option closes the door in your face because of inconvenience I feel that’s just wrong inconsiderate and rude as hell so they will not be getting my business nor anyone I know in the future
