I have been using Citizens for 2 years now and I have had unbelievable customer service. Everyone in the office is great and the moral in the office is a breathe of fresh air. From the moment you walk in you are treated with the utmost respect and focus. Would highly recommend to anyone

I've got 2 different loans and one for over 18 thousand dollars and after I paid it off got a small one paid it off and then they said I don't qualify for them to help me wow that is horrible after years of knowing me wow that is really hard hate on a small personal experience

For some reason they couldn't help me this time and the lady that was trying to do the loan was very rude to me and my sister
