My car is financed thru the Lebanon, TN office, been with them for 2+ years now & they are the greatest group of ladies!!! Always helpful always on point always sweet and always very professional and understanding Ms Heather and Tiffany have both went above and beyond to help me during small periods of time that I needed some extra or additional assistance or even an extension and they always have an ear to listen for a few minutes and to cut up and joke with their customers and it makes dealing with them so wonderful you couldn't ask for a better group highly recommend them!!

Refused cash payment. Refused debit card payment. Says it’s company policy, so I tried to get in contact with the supervisor. He was of no help in anyway, matter of fact he hung up on me!!! They have charged outrageous interest as well as “non refundable” fees. Trapping me in a loan that I was prepared to pay off before my first payment was due. Very rude and unprofessional

STAY AWAY! USE ANY RESOURCE OTHER THAN LENDMARK! They are modern day loan sharks. Before securing my vehicle loan I asked if there were ANY pre payment or extra finance fees to use there service. I was told no by Millie. Once I arrived at their office WITH the vehicle I was purchasing, I learned otherwise. They don't have "pre payment" fees but the make up for that with other obscure finance charges to tune of over $1000. I used them only because my bank was taking longer than I expected. As soon as my bank loan went through I switched, but not before losing over a $1000. They may not have lied about a specific pre payment penalty but they made up for it by not being honest with me when I asked {over the phone}are there any other fees, they said, no. That was a lie. Very poor/dishonest customer relations=horrible experience.
