We went to 1st Financial with a client to help with financing a retaining wall project on their property. Due to Covid they was skeptical to use their saved income to pay for the project… Iv got to say it was one of the easiest loan processes Iv ever been through… they were very informative, very professional, and Christen had great customer service!! This homeowner decided to use their sales financing option and we was able to repair their retaining wall to solve a drainage issue! It was a win win for both me (the contractor, and the homeowner)!!

Had very bad service out of lexington branch worst I ever had go to pay off bill we had a disagreement about a phone number proved my number was right put my money down told me she did not like the way I put my money down going to call the police on me. I will call cooperate refused to finish paperwork after taking my money worst treatment ever
