Asst Manager helped processed my loan using my vehicle as collateral. Went in with title and she jumped on me stating I didn't have insurance. I said didn't you put it in the system, she pulled up a pic of my ins card but failed to manually input the info. No apology given to me. I went in to pay the loan off was told it would take 21 days to get title back, u advised them I would be in on the 21st day to pickup. Get there and they had placed in the mail. When I received it in the mail later that week title not signed off. Took to county office and they called them to fax over signed off paper work. Then just checked credit report. Its been 5 week since paid off, still showing as active not closed on report. Will never use this company again. Bad customer service in my opinion.

Great service

Gave them the info they asked for and then didn't hear back for several days just to call and find out this "We weren't able to help you, so we didn't call *click*" Rudely hung up. The least they could have done was call and tell that they couldn't work with us instead of just not taking action or their job to let us know something.
