The last 3 times I have entered this store, I have been completely dumbfounded by how it is ran. I walked in expecting to be waited on but the woman at the desk was on the company's phone using it for personal calls unless she tells all her customers, "I love you too, baby." I then got eye rolls and huffing as if I'm wasting her time! Last time I checked, you worked here, this is YOUR JOB!!! I have never had someone talk to me the way the woman Sherry or who ever the heck was working, has. I made completely baffled by this. I will NOT return and if you're looking for a place for a title loan or anything, I do NOT RECCOMEND. Terrible service. Terrible management. Just overall a dump. Whoever owns the store, good luck. You lost a great customer. Might I add, when I tried calling the store to speak to someone higher up, I was placed on hold and then hung up on.

Bank info... Check. Printed off paperwork showing I work... Check.... Loan..NO.. Hostile and completely in the right at all times employee .... Big ✔!!! If you have a (regular) job... Factory etc where you get a old school stub you're good, go for it. If you're more inclined to work online as many many Americans have turned to you will not receive a loan at all. 100% NO REGULAR OLD SCHOOL STUB NO LOAN!! It's 2020, one day these places will evolve with the times. By the way don't talk to me as if I'm ignorant. ✌ and pass...

If you don't need it then I would not get money from this place. Charging $700 extra on top of $500 loan is robbery.
