I’m late on the review but the gentlemen that helped me was Lee, and he honestly shot the moon when it came to his customer service skills that he displayed. I could not have asked for anyone better to help me with my loan, and the he seemed genuinely engaged with my situation and wanted to help. We need more people like Lee.

Everytime I come into this location they have someone new working and this girl seems to be struggling to do anything. I was at the counter for 15 minutes she never said a word and was on her phone! She walked off from the counter as well and never once said anything. Very disappointed

I always enjoy coming to the Manchester location because they are always friendly. I really enjoy the young gentleman Jarrett, he is ALWAYS so polite, courteous and professional. Always has a smile on his face and willing to assist.
