1. Serenity loved the coloring book set. 2. The first time I went in Courtney was very giddy, giggley, over all very sweet. It really made my day so much better given I was already having a rough week and it was only Monday. She also made everything clear and understood about payments and pay off. They always answer the phone and are very polite. Yesterday I couldn't make it in to make the payment. I called to inform them what was going on and they assured me everything was gonna be okay and to keep them in the loop if I'm ever gonna be late. I came in today and made the payment quick and easy! *I know it's a now they are amazing!!! 🤩🥰
