If you get a call from a guy named Chavis do not believe a word he says. He quoted me on a loan, I drove 45 minutes to get there and nothing he said was true. I don’t see how or why the company keeps him working there as it seems he “does his own thing a lot”. I suggest talking to the manager to get the number before coming in. I would love a call from ownership or corporate about this! I will update everyone. So as you can see they replied by telling me to contact them. If they really cared they would contact me. They have my information!

There’s a lot I don’t like about this business. I called them about my payment plan to set it up three times, and the guy never called me back. They are the worse. I suggest any person who is thinking about going here to look at other places in the area that are super helpful, makes themselves available and RETURNS CALLS. Do your research because there’s another place in the area that is better and has an app that makes it easy. I called and left a detailed message for the manager to call me and when to set up my payment and nothing. The person I spoke with probably wasn’t even telling him I was calling. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here...trust me.

If you’re coming to a place like this it’s because you don’t have another choice, so there’s that. The customer service is a hit or miss, and in my experience it’s been more of a miss. Best advice: pay it off as soon as you can! Otherwise this company is fine. You get what you get.

I had no problem with this company. I knew what I was getting into however. These companies are known for high interest rates and penalties, as long as you understand that and make your payments on time, you wont have an issue. Do the math before you borrow and don't complain about the crazy interest. I found them to be helpful and up front. If found myself in another tight spot, I would use them again.

Horrible, predator lending for real. Charges for things u dont owe then after its supposedly takeoff your account then another 'manager' will add it back. The Barney Fifes of loan companies . VERY unprofessional
