I always feel so welcomed at the advance financial located in mcminnville, especially by one specific employee, Mrs. Jamie. Every time I walk through the door she has the most contagious smile, and is always in a good mood, also knows me by name which is a huge bonus. I for sure will always come back to this location as long as Jamie is there! Absolutely love her!

Went in to cash a $4000.00 check and he didn't tell me how much it was going to cost he just told me to take a seat. When he called me back up he told me he had the money and it was $170 less than the check was for. When I asked it was too late to go somewhere else. This is something they should tell you before cashing it to make you aware of the cost of cashing your own money. I would have gladly deposited into my bank account and waited for it to clear. This place is owned by crooks I ts not my first bad experience but the other time was q car loan I paid on for 7 months $300 and never got paid off I paid over $1500 on it and still owned over the original amount 7 months later. Avoid this place at all cost!

I always enjoy going into the McMinnville location. Mizael and Tabby are always friendly, courteous and helpful. They both are very knowledgeable about all the services that Advance Financial offers. Even though they have been short staffed lately they still offer the same friendly, fast efficient and reliable experience and service. All employees should be like them.
