Everything was very quick and straightforward when I signed up for the loan. I never had any real issues, however I'm deducting one star because I paid for an additional insurance and was told if my loan was paid off early I would be reimbursed for that. After a few unanswered emails, I finally got through to someone from a call center and was told that this wasn't true. So I am unhappy that I was misinformed and basically wasted money.

Our loan specialist was Karrington. She and her co-worker were very courteous. The experience was much better than past experiences we encountered there. Customer service was top notch!

Very professional and helpful. They worked with our work schedule, and even stayed late for us. Happy with our decision to give them a try. I will be recommending them to friends/family. Thank you for all that was done!

THIS PLACE ROCKS!! The place was immaculate, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain not only our loan details but took the extra time to explain how how we can improve our credit going forward It's not very often that staff anywhere does more than just the basics but they were truly interested in our future. We believe that we have not only made a good business relationship but also made friends. If you are looking for a loan without going to preditory lenders like a cash for title place, you deserve to go here. We'll tell everyone to go here as this place made a lasting impression on us. These folks are great! My agent did a lot of things to help me with this loan and I really appreciated it very much. I never knew not having a "smart phone" was so handy. I had to get a friend to send my paperwork back to my agent. My phone is a stupid phone and won't do all that stuff. I sincerely wish I could operate a smart phone. oh well. Maybe in my next lifetime.

This place was hands down the best place I have ever done business with. If you need any assistance just call Kerrington. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. All the ladies here were very kind and a joy talking to.

Look guys we all have our weak moments when we need money. But if possible go to a real financial institution. These are loan sharks. I’m not mad at the people that work here they are doing their jobs but this business is a loan shark!!! I’ll give you guys an example our loan was $14,000. We’ve paid $460 a month for two years and our payoff today, two years later would be $13,000. So two years of $460.00 payments we have only paid $1,000 off of the loan. EVERYTHING ELSE WENT TO INTEREST. Go elsewhere
