I've dealt with them for a couple years but 78% interest is high borrowed 400 had to pay 95 a month for 9 months so that 400.00 cost me 720.00 to pay back but it helped my credit got approve at one main financial 1500 28% interest over a 2 yrs span pymts 81 and some change a month security up me to a 1000 but pymts were gonna be 135 they want there money back quick

I have always had a pleasant experience with the local branch with the staff and management that is no longer with the local branch. However for months I have not said anything about getting calls daily with occasionally multiple calls in less than 24 hours, being forced to basically say in my opinion that I am not going to be dishonest expecting me to be able to see the future to ensure on the day of verbal promised payment from my own words that I will be at the office or we will go from there especially after just making a payment in the same month not even 30 days past the time of payment becoming due, calling my references ( my personally known family unnecessary) after speaking with me to call me and get in touch with me because for some reason the phone call conversation was forgotten, asking if I want to pay a late fee, and then never seeing the amount listed on my payment receipt, but the next payment becomes higher after asking if I would like to pay the late fee, or not worry about it, and etc. I have loans at other unspoken loan companies that I never have the experience that I have been through with the new management and staff. I will say that if I didn't personally know and was raised up in the same community with the manager I wouldn't give 1 star in the review. I know that the occupation has to be kept in order, but there's a such aspect as going to far. When individuals other than the customer gets upset regarding the issue then some corrections need to be made. I can see that a different individual in the reviews is having the same problem with the same individual. I usually don't do a review, but I also don't appreciate my rights as a customer being broken under state guidelines through harassment and being forced against my verbal acknowledgement of forcing my promise of not making a untrue statement. I am and have always been a person of my word. No matter how high anyone is on the totem pole there's always a higher level.

Kayla is the rudest person calling a reference after she just called a client and spoke with them. She got an attitude bc I told her not to call after she just spoke with her client. She also gives out her client’s information which is illegal.
