I would have rather not given them a one star rating! When you get a loan, they tell you that if you have any problems they'll be happy to work with you. Ok great. I had employment problems. And the covid didn't help matters! Their idea of working with you is "We need your payment TODAY. Isn't there anyone you can borrow it from?" And heaven forbid if you miss a call from them! They call EVERYONE on your list! EVERYDAY! How embarrassing is it that now everyone knows you're having problems. They will come to your house demanding you pay today or say "What are you going to pawn so you can pay this today?" And "We are going to have to go legal with this". Really!? Go ahead and do what you have to do! Unfortunately things happen that are unforseen, they don't care, they still aren't gonna work with you. They want blood from a turnip! I don't recommend this place at all!

Ladies are very sweet & they do their jobs in a very perfessional manner...and Andrea is a doll! Keep up the good work ladies!

I love the girls at service loan in Mcminnville. They have helped me out when I was trying to get money together for my daughters funeral. They go above and beyond to help their customers and I'll always be indebted to them not just for the loan, but for being there when I needed help. But they are great friends as well!

I love them I needed help getting a casket for my pup and they didn't ask for much and they worked with me. Thank you so much from sissy.

Very friendly staff .process of getting approval for a loan is very rapid.and they walk you through everything.and usually you have an answer in just a few minutes.id recommended service loan and tax to anyone whose needing a little extra cash. And their pay back plan is great.the pmts are not high at all....they're there when you need em!!!!!!!
