My experience was excellent when I first got the loan. When I came to pay back the lady was rude and unprofessional because of their mistakes they have made. Also never apologized for their mistakes. She didn't make me feel welcoming and was very rude. WOULD NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
