The staffs are very helpful and friendly they will try to get you the best loan that meets your requirements as well on working with you on payments that you can make on time.

These people are BOGUS!! They won't return phone calls, nor correspond via mail, or email when you try to speak with them about an old debt on an auto loan that was a repo, RESOLD FOR A HIGHER PRICE THAN THE ACTUAL LOAN, and then put it on credit reports as a "Charge Off"! They refuse to remove it, even though it's been longer than 7 years, and the way they do THAT is they CHANGE the date on your credit reports! HORRIBLE AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE, SO BEWARE!!

We have had the best service from this company. There are 2 other people I know that has an account with First Metro and they have been nothing but extremely nice and very helpful to us.
