I came into the office to apply for a loan. I encountered employee by the name of Shawanna Wooten. I was embarrassed and nervous and she very quickly put me to ease. She was very knowledgeable and assured me that everything would be alright and is was. She was talking to me like we would old friends and I needed that on that day. Thank you for that great customer service and I hope you never lose that great spirit.

It was a really nice experience. I don’t normally do loans but the time i choose to do one, I am glad I did one with Loan Master. The young lady Taleisa Worlds helped me in a fast pace time, but i also didn’t feel rushed. She was nice and very well mannered. I give this place a five star. Highly recommend.

The Customer service at Loan Master on Perkins is amazing. I’m not sure of the young lady’s name that helped me; I think it was “Taleisa”, she was excellent in helping me with my loan. There were certain things that I didn’t understand and she helped me with it. I truly appreciate her service. Thanks for going above and beyond to make my experience here at loan master easier!

This location is a very pleasant location. The ladies are all nice and know the business that they are in. They make sure I am comfortable with my choices and explain what I need to do so I do not feel like there is a hidden agenda. I will always consider this location and send other to it.

Gave me a hard time for no reason.. I just went to another place
