DO NOT come here for any business, Gwen Jones, loan representative, HORRIFIC ATTITUDE, Office Manager didn't show much concern about comments about his Employee when I explained to him about her demeanor. Your just a number to make MONEY. Gwen Jones verifies this.So if they can't make MONEY you're useless. I have never seen a person change so quickly they way Gwen Jones did when I turned down the process COMPLETE different person when I came in. Again DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE '

Very helpful and responsive. They were able to help right away and told me what I should do. So yes I would highly recommend

They don’t answer the phone, once they do they just hang up on you. If you go in person they are not friendly. They take forever to speak with you. 100% do not recommend.

The employees there are very informative and answered all the questions that I had. I am going to save a lot of money with consolidating my bills. I am going to enjoy the perks that they offer.

Trying to get my account paid off was the WORST! experience ever with this branch. First they lost my title stating, "We never received the title through the mail." But they continued to accept my payments for over 2 years, without informing my that they have actually never touched my title. Fast forward my car was totaled and the insurance company had to wait over 4 months to send the pay off check. This was because there was no title to turn over the insurance company. Fast forward to now, the insurance company sent the check and paid off my account, I went to One Main to collect my overage check, and my account was at zero. I received my paid off letter in the mail, then I went check my account and I now have a $00.23 balance with a $30 return check fee. These people have no idea what they are doing! I called the branch to see what was going on and the lady said looks like your check didn't cover the whole balance and laughed. Mind you I received an overage check of $700.00. 0/10 Would never recommend!

On my way to main finance I went to the wrong location,the location that I was supposed to go to was on the other side of town.the one that I was at.was able to help me.they were so nice and very helpful in helping me with all my needs.

Everything went well the associate was really kind and she made me feel relax she explained everything to me.
