I have been a patron of Wings Financial for many years now. It used to be one of the best when came to speedy assistance with any issue. Now, every time I call I am holding twenty and thirty minutes. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen from them. I guess this is a method of pushing everyone to online banking and chatting. This is highly unexceptable and really shows how their quality has fallen.
