1st Franklin Financial, Millington, TN

It had already been quite an awful day and business has been relatively low since the economy has declined, so I took a loan from the company. Whenever I took it out from multiple locations over the years, I never really had any issues and they were always nice, joking, and kept the office lively and made the customer feel welcome. Somehow in this one, I felt a bit belittled and it made my day feel worse. I understand that some jobs seem dirty, but in this economy we have to make do with the jobs that are offered despite our credentials. Please don't think that blue collar jobs define a person, it is but a means of making ends meet while keeping the foundations solid upon which other businesses run

First Franklin has great costumer service. I called and spoke to Melanie, she was friendly, fast, and answered all my question. I can't wait to become a costumer after Christmas! Lbvs
