Security Finance, Millington, TN

I've worked with this company for over 10 years and every location seems to have kind and comical teams working there. This one has helped me the last 6 years and always treats me and others like a valued customer. They've helped me many times, and if anyone ever needed a loan I'd recommend them to go here in a heartbeat! Plus I love the voice-mail they leave when it's time to renew the loans. They always have "some great news" for me lol

I’m currently on my third loan with Security Finance. I really like them and I’m obviously a repeat customer. Well every time I’m there, they always ask me to refer and send people there way and that I would receive money for my referrals. Which I actually did refer someone . I referred my cousin. She had her loan for about a little over a month now, and I haven’t heard from security finance about my referral. Security Finance use to call me after ever other payment I made payments to let me know that I had money available. We’ll I haven’t heard from them about that nor my referral. So I called yesterday and asked them about it. They said that she didn’t put me down as a referral. My cousin said she did. She the two ladies looked at each other & told her there “referral system was down & that it was no way for them to pull it up.” That don’t even right. Well anyway that was my first & last referral. It’s not even about the money. It’s the principle. Don’t lie to your customers asking them to refer people and that you’ll give them money when you don’t. I referred my cousin because of the great experiences I’ve had with Security Finance, thinking she would too, but this situation just doesn’t sit right with me.

The ladies are wonderful & very friendly. The atmosphere is lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone interested. They work with you if any hardship occur. Again wonderful people.

The ladies in this office are GREAT!! ALWAYS A GREAT ATMOSPHERE. No matter the situation they work with you, just call and talk to them. I love these ladies!!!!
