I received outstanding service! The Manager is who actually took care of me and my honey. She was very polite, very professional and more than helpful with not only guiding me through what my requirements and or documents needed in order to further assist me with what type of loan she fit to meet with my information, my income, and the best reason I think I was given great customer service is because I feel that I wasnt pressured into barrowing too much, nor was I given the wrong type of loan, and last but not least to mention I have plenty of time to pay the small amount I was given back. With the option to drop in and pay daily or even weekly toward the interest. What I thought makes Cash Express so super awesome! Thank you Tina for taking such great care of my loan solutions as well as treated me like a special individual coustmer. These other reviews are just from negative, impatient, ungrateful, greedy human beings. I had to post! And Express my recently personal experience with Cash Express of Monterey, Tn!
