10/10 would recommend! All the ladies there are very nice and understanding. I have dealt with them a couple of times and they have a very professional approach! I will continue to go through colonial loan in the future.

I’ll not type out a long detailed story but I will recommend going anywhere but here! They do not follow federal laws that they are required to do. The “president” Carla will talk to you inappropriately and treat you with condescension. Never in my entire life have we dealt with unprofessional, agonizing people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Great experience! I always look forward to talking to Sarah. Even if it’s just on the phone! She always takes care of my needs!

This is the best group of ladies I have ever worked with at a loan establishment. I hope to continue a good relationship with Colonial Loan and would recommend them highly to anyone.

I do not wish to ever go back to this company again.im just happy that my home is my home iand its finally mine and paid off. don't ask to speak to a supervisor cause if you do they will not allow you to make a payment in the process. They are rude and ask very personal questions.

I do not recommend. Refinance with someone else. 2 weeks late with communication due to having to change insurance policy and was threatened at my home, was charged $150 extra for their inconvenience fee and was threatened to receive warrants. TWO weeks. WITH communication. Was told it was fine I would have a late charge but the president and cheif officer decided to make a house call and threatened house guests and went over details of the loan with others that was not on my contract. Privacy violation, slander and threatening. The loan application process was also a nightmare. Customer service is only good if you know them. If you don’t they will terrorize you. Pam was probably the only decent human being in this office.

If you're gonna use this place only pay your bill don't ask for refinancing or increase etc. If you're late they will use the beginning of your loan and say you're so many days late. If you do anything but pay your bill you will get … More
