Divine went above and beyond to help me when I came in! She took the time out to vividly explain the loan process and requirements to me. I was highly impressed by the information she gave to me!

I called the branch to inquire about the Flex Loan and was greeted by the most polite voice. Megan (the customer service associate that I spoke to) was very informational and explained the loan process in a way that I was able to understand. Also, she informed me of my ability to visit the facility to pay my Bill's, as I have recently had trouble paying my Bill's online. I have not been into the facility as of yet- however I plan to as my need arises. Thank you for such great customer service.
