The staff here and the Manager Mike are great. They are down to earth, friendly and understanding. I met Ashlie Drake and she provided excellent customer service with a great attitude. I have known Nancy Wilkinson for years and she is one of the best customer service representatives out there. Again, the staff all around here at this location are great. Always providing a great experience!

I would definitely recommend First Franklin financial. The staff were very helpful. They did not make me feel uncomfortable about my credit score not being as high as it probably should. Instead they gave me insight on things I could do to get the perfect credit as well as still providing me with the loan i requested plus more. Highly recommend Mike and Ashley. They were AWESOME

Mike Wallace was great in helping my grandmother and I with the application process. He explained everything to make sure we both understood. He also took the time to come up with a financial plan to help me pay off my credit cards. The whole process was tailored to our particular situation and we appreciate the financial advisement Mike was able to provide. He was also the only one in the office at the time but he was able to multitask efficiently. Thank you!
