When I went in today Mya was super friendly, she was patient enough to answer all of my questions (and trust me I had many), and she was able to correct my mistakes and give me the help I was looking for. I drive an 18 wheeler so I get to meet a lot different people in customer service and I wish they were all like Mya. Advance Financial you guys have a great representative in her so please acknowledge that and make sure she sticks around because customer service doesn't come any better than her. It was absolutely refreshing to experience such respectful and attentive service at this location. I was especially grateful to be served by such a nice young man. I think his name is Darius. He shows so much courtesy and was very knowledgeable about the services I needed. I can tell it's not just a job for him but an opportunity to help.
