I can say this!!! I didn't end up getting a loan with Citizens. I finaced with a bank. I'll tell you this Alicia went above and beyond to work with me and help me find a vehicle. She assisted in my search,she was patient, understanding, courteous and professional, always quick to respond to my questions. Understand I was not a high dollar big loan prospect but she treated me like I was. I literally would pay a higher rate because of the way she took care of me and her business. Lovely staff but if you don’t want to get screwed, I’d choose a different bank or pay off the car. I called for repossession due to the car breaking down for the third time with all three charges ranging from $2-8k. from several emails before I sent where the car was, I had told my branch manager that the next time it breaks down, Id need a repo, because I’m only 19 and I don’t make money like that. They left my car sitting there for almost two months, then finally came and picked it up but I never got any email after I had sent needing a repo, they didn’t tell me how much they sold my car for but then said my car needed to be totalled my car out. A woman was supposed to reach back out to me and never did. Now I have a letter in the mail from an attorney :/

Helped me purchase a vehicle at the time when my credit wasn't to great and they had great customer service.

I absolutely love this place and the people in the building. They have great attitudes and a family environment. I highly recommend doing business with them.
