Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a 100 bucks for some bills and they helped me in about 1hr. As long as make make my payments or even just give them a phone call I never hear from them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a little fast cash and has a job a ss card and two pieces of mail to prove where they live this is the best loan company in the Boro!!!

I am behind on my loan because I am having trouble finding a job and I told them that and they start being rude and threatening me and they send people to my home and start threatening me their and the call everyone on my list every single day and now I am going to fill for bankruptcy to get out of this. Do not go to them they will be nice to you at first then if you are late they are going to be rude to you. I should never went to them. Stay far away from them.

Merle S...... smh. I had a legitimate concern about the way a certain employee always spoke to me over the phone (this is a loan company and you know how threatening/harassing/pushy/rude companies like this can get when you're a day late and $1 short). I went to the location (with a friend) to #1 take care of my account and #2 to speak with someone about the way I was being treated over the phone. It just so happen the young lady that always harasses me was the next available rep. So I talked to her about it.She's no fool and I'm not either, so she was nice to me in person and I was nice to her. Filing a complaint doesn't have to be nasty, or with anger. I just said it matter-of-factly. No harm no foul....so I thought. She gets up and tells Merle S. (mgr) that "I have a problem with her." He sits down in her chair.....reaches clean across the table.....just so he can put his finger in my face....and says "YOU are the one with the attitude." I sat there for a minute just looking at him. I couldn't believe it. I finally said to him, "No, SHE is very rude and I see now, where she gets it from." He...was....livid! He shook that finger in my face and said I'm giving you 5 days to pay off your balance in full!! (It was a $700+ loan that I JUST opened the month prior and it was to be paid off over several months). I said ok (cause I didn't know what else to say) and asked for his name, and the corporate phone number to file a complaint. And on my way out he says "Never come back!" Naturally, I couldn't pay it off in 5 days. It went to charge off and we went to court over the balance. He gets on the stand and says I was irate and uncontrollable that day. I couldn't believe it! I have a witness that will tell you that I sat in that chair and was scolded like a child. FYI, this happened in 2009 and it is 2013 and I still haven't gotten over it. Smh. I've never in my life been treated like that.

After being their BEST CUSTOMER for more than 2 years, I happened to be 2 days late, forgot to call them, and they started calling my family and friends. How embarrassing! Not a way to treat your best customers!

Joshua and Tamara are excellent. Would recommend to anyone looking for a loan.
