Freedom Finance, Murfreesboro, TN

My husband has an account with "Freedom". On different occasions, I've made his payment for him. The ladies have been nothing but courteous and professional. I have read the negative comments written by former clients who seem to have a problem with "Freedom" because they ( the clients) didn't uphold their end of the contract agreement. Simply put, there are no problems with "Freedom" when you honor your side of the contract agreement. When those who don't, seem to want to play the "victim" and make the company employees out as "bullies", loan sharks, ETC. Most of the negative comments about this company is unfair. It appears that most of these people had a problem with company because they didn't uphold their end of the contract agreement. (making their payment) You're advised of the loan terms before you sign on the dotted line! No one forces you to sign it. If you do agree to sign the agreement then, you agreed to those loan terms therein! Unless there is mistakes discovered, made by the loan originator (after the fact), you are in no position to gripe and complain about a loan company's reaction when you fail to make your agreed payment to them!

I almost got a job there but I'm glad that I didn't. They were going to pay me $12 an hour for a manager position. Also they seemed so desperate to hire me that it seemed sketchy. After they hired me and I said that I wasn't sure of the job, they said they'd call me to see what they could do. They never had the guts to call me. How unprofessional. I'll stick to my retail job.

This place is a joke. Act like drug dealers. Account almost paid off and they call you 2-3 times a week to refinance. When you do not, and miss your due date the very next morning they call your refrences wanting to know where your at with their money. They are some rude and very unprofessional people that work there. I have done business with them before but never again. When I told them what day I would make a payment I was informed that they would be calling and harrassing me everyday until I paid them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Another company that does not care that we are in a pandemic. No mercy at all. Even the light company and water company gave people breaks they didn't say well if you couldn't afford it you should have never got lights! Like really y'all think we asked for pay cuts and to be laid off from work? People who weren't affected will never understand real struggle

I appreciate that Freedom Finance has been there to help me out when needed. Pleasant and friendly customer service. Calls me when a payment is due and have been cool if I need a few more days. I would love a lower interest rate, but otherwise really good 😊👍 …

I had a friend refer me here and this is my second time back. The ladies in this office are very helpful and nice. Borrow what you can afford to pay back and this is the place to go. I would tell anyone about them. Thanks for being amazing ladies in the finance world when things are as crazy as the are this day in time.

I always seem to come back here. The girls in the office are amazing. I wouldn't wanna do business anywhere else. The girls know I'm there favorite customer in the world lol. We always crack up when I come in the office. Best place to get a loan I would recommend this place to anyone.
