What a nice time I had getting a short term loan. Application over the phone. Close to my home. The ladies were reading for me when I arrived. Completed the paperwork & was out the door with my loan and was able to make my car insurance payment in time as my pension was direct deposit would not have been in my account in time to pay it. Was really pleased & treated very nicely making the whole process easy. Would also noted that I received a letter from them offering me a loan which I used to contact them. If you need a small loan to make ends meet I recommend Security Finance. Located on West Northfield at Memorial. Southside of the street. Right behind Murphy's Express & across from Walgreens.

During the covid my hours dropped, it was hard, but Security Finance helped me get through. They are professional because they let me borrow even when I got upset about a late fee, but we are all in this together. I'm just lucky I saw where I could write a better review! They are all good people. I would not go anywhere else!

This is a simple and easy way to borrow! I was living with a friend and needed a deposit on my new place. I was short and could not think of how I would come up with the money. I let the worry go and prayed on it. I was getting close to my move in date at risk of losing my family if I had not got this place (Basically my whole life on the line). I check my friends mail and a check was offered in the exact amount I was short of!!! I really am grateful that I received this random loan! I took a pic and deposited in my bank! No hassle! My prayers answered! Thank you so much!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I went to make a payment and they went ahead and took the entire loan amount out of my check. Not to mention, that when I went back to get a check for the money they mistakenly took out, they took forever (wasn't busy) and they were extremely rude. I will never go back to this place, and I recommend that nobody goes to this terrible business. Go to Rutherford Credit across the street :)

I absolutely love this place! You can’t ask for a better place to go! Alisha, and Sue are so passionate about what they do-and they not only have the best customer service, they also love what they do!! I am proud to say they have became my friends!! Sometimes when you work in customer service you have to watch how you talk to people especially when it comes down to business. The lady was rude today over me using their mobile app to the point she didn't want to be bothered with me, this is the second and last time I will renew because of this woman. I always had a pleasant experience dealing with security finance but little do she know she lost good customer today. This lady needs to more pleasant like Sue is.

The ladies here are absolutely wonderful!! Sue was so quick and efficient! She made sure that my experience was great, even though I came in right at closing. I've been a customer at this location for years. I know I can always count on them.
