Even though it was my fault as to why my car got towed due to my failure to pay my bill on time they were friendly and nice the entire time Ms. Hope worked with me throughout my whole experience but I’ve learned my lesson never do another title loan without a consistent job lol to keep up with payments

I called to find out what I needed for a loan and the lady was VERY RUDE and had an attitude. When I asked for her name she hung up on me! When I called back they would not answer the phone. I then proceeded to call back and asked for name again and she said “I’ll be the only one here and if I’m not then anyone can help you out.” Do not recommend this place at all…if you act like that on the phone how will I be treated in person…

Very friendly and personable staff. She was knowledgeable about the services provided, store hours locations and what services that each provided. It did take a little time to complete the process my first visit, but I'm sure that's to be expected.

Let me say from the moment I walked in until I left I felt like I was at home. Mrs.Hope is amazing she engaged in the conversation we had she explained the loan down 2 the T. It feel like I known her all my life she has a lovely vibe. The way she was able 2 answer all my questions with no problem was a plus. I would recommend yall go she Hope she is awesome. She decorated for Christmas and it is beautiful it really made my day when I stop by.
