These ladies in the business is rude.. once they get their money they don't care what happens to your property.. had to call the police because their so call tow company refuse to return the property had to file against this company and the tow man straight sorry need to close asap

Don't recommend! Very rude on the phone and even more so when I went to apply for a loan! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I have known the ladies in this location for years and done business with for years as well really good customer service so good in fact that when i moved almost an hour away I still conduct my business with Christina and Candy at the Madison location all the way from Clarksville 45mins away and I actually have another cash city right down road from my house. Couldnt see myself ever going anywhere else. Thanks ladies for your great customer service and personalities makes doing business easy and keeps me coming back in times of need.

The Manager Christina is always helpful and knowledgeable with any questions and needs I may have. I love the fact that I get calls or text ahead of tIme reminding me of my due date on my loans.
