Check Into Cash, Nashville, TN

I promise I didn’t even need a title load my bank account pretty stacked but Candace and zendre was so nice I was down there cashing my check and I was in and out both had a great personality it was almost like it was there family business they asked did I need a title loan I said look at my check do it look like I need a loan they was so sweet about I went ahead and got one I paid it back in 2 weeks walked back in the week I paid it got such great customer service I got another loan every time I see them I feel like im somebody I walk in with my gf so she can hear good morning Mr Jones then I poke my chest out it’s crazy how it started with a loan and turned into family

Awesome experience. Had car trouble called before and Cynthia was very helpful. Showed up 30 mins later and was greeted by Kiki and Cynthia. Honestly amazing and extremely nice people. Took very good care of me and helped me out of my car trouble worries. You guys are awesome

I'm not a customer, however I am an employee and at this location the women I work with are amazingly kind and knowledgable. Kilandra, Ashley, cynthia, & candice you guys are rockstars. They will go above and beyond fir their customers. So if you want truly great customer service see me or one of these ladies.

I have come to this location for several months now. And the personnel here are always pleasant and knowledgeable. They explain things where I can understand them, and Make sure I know when money is due. They earned their 5 star rating.

Avoid this store. They will ask for your Social ho give the money. This is F up! We had ID and well as tracking number. What does socal has to do with picking up your money? Scam!!!

Candice and Mrs. Laura is wonderful they are professional very helpful and I have been a old customer for along time and it is always wonderful to come into the store if I need any help.
