I love how they let me rebuild my credit after bankruptcy! I had a bad time with them years ago were I dint make payments and went to collections. But after bankruptcy. This credit place gave me a 2nd chance of making things right . Even if it was the lowest amount I was still happy!! Thank you for what you do!!

This loan service is horrible. They charged me a late fee. My payment was due on Christmas Day which they were closed. I asked their representative you guys were closed. He said they had a drop box to put the payment in. I said Oh really. When did you guys get a drop box because I've been sliding the payments through the crack of the door. He tells me oh I'm sorry. I mean you can do that. He doesn't even know if they even have a drop box or not. So I had to pay a late fee because I was a day late. They don't work with you and they constantly harassing you to borrow more money even after you say no. I would not recommend them to anybody. No wonder they keep changing staff. Anytime you change staff every year (at least that what it seems like), something shady going on. I hope they bankrupt and go out of business. They are horrible!!

I will NEVER use this place again. I had a loan and was making payments. I needed extra Christmas money and I called them after I received a letter saying I had additional cash available. They said I could skip a payment, get more money and just add ONE payment at the end of the current term. NOPE!!!! It started my loan all over! And I had already made 3 payments! I do not trust them anymore and will never use them again...after I have made my additional SIX (not 3) payments!!!!

Staff is very rude and condescending. Worst experience I have ever had with a loan company. If I could give a negative score to the company I would I don’t recommend going to the office in Madison to.
