Sometimes you need a little extra help in the rough patches of life. Well CHAR makes everything so easy and she is so sweet. I have never meet anyone like Char that is always happy and smiling when working, even on those busy days. Char is truly a special, professional, precious and hardworking young woman. This company is super lucky to have her working for them!

I need to amend my previous review. I was hot after the behavior of one associate towards me. I have been back since and was treated very well by Char, who is kind, personable and helpful. In addition she acknowledged my review and then she asked what she could do to improve my perception of Easy Money. That is going above and beyond in my book! I won't let one sour grape taint my entire review of the company as a whole

Easy money, only thing their interest rates is too high. You can never pay your loan off,Char is the best love her very helpful smart intelligent and a real people person, please dont lose her easy money she is the best you got.

The lady who assisted me was not helpful at all. There's an automated phone number for ADP (very well known payroll processing company) listed on my paycheck for verification purposes and she refused to call it and said she had never heard of my company and couldn't find it listed. I googled it for her on my phone and it came right up of course and she said "we don't use google" so after she has me fill out all of the paperwork, she turns me away and wouldn't cash my paycheck. She is the reason I will never return and Easy Money will miss out on my 1 or 2% which would have been quite a decent amount. Customer Service is everything and she was truly missing it. I was able to go across the street and cash it elsewhere!

I’m providing this review for Angel at this location and only him. I’ve been an Easy Money customer on and off since 2016. They definitely are helpful when you are in a pinch. I opened a new flex loan at this location and can say that if you need help from someone who is kind and understanding and goes above AND beyond, speak with Angel! Even though I had a negative experience with an employee at that same store, Angel really took the time to listen to me and offered a solution to help me and reconcile things. Thanks again Angel!

The “manager” Angel was very rude, non empathetic, and arrogant. If not for Brian at the Lebanon Pike location and Destiny at the corporate office in customer service department I would have lost all faith in this company!

Upon having my debit card hacked on August 18th. I was referred to Easy Money. . . I'm not from Nashville. I am just moving here working two jobs. And I just want to say no matter how hard your troubles are, There were two angels God sent to help me and stuck it out with me the whole difficult journey to get me back on track. Angel and Andrea on Nolensville Pk. They are the best! Thank you again.
