Mid-Town Finance Company, Nashville, TN

Old office staff (when Roxanne worked for the company) was far superior to the staff that is in office now. Called twice today to make payment. First call, someone answered and said "Please wait" then put me on hold before I could say anything - I hung up after 5 minutes as I was on break at work and did not have a long time to wait. Called back an hour later to make payment, was put on hold again after a brief conversation, promised a call back in 10 minutes. It has been over 20 and no one has called yet. I will have to make a 3rd call today to make my payment, I assume.

The turn around I have seen has been amazing. I have been able to communicate with Kimberly and Jennifer. They have worked with me when I was unsure if I could keep my obligation to my loan. They are very respectful ladies and genuinely care for theirs customers and understand when times get difficult. Oh major upgrade we can pay by credit card, yes you pay a convenience fee but totally worth it. I pay to pay my rent, water so I don't mind or if you do don't forget they have free money orders right around the corner. Stop in you won't regret getting a loan through Mid-Town, come in a stranger, leave family.

Very friendly staff. Jennifer was kind and helpful when I initially called and continued to be when I went to the store. The loan process was quick and they were able to help get me the money I needed. I very highly recommend!!

Kimberly and Jennifer have really turned this store around, during difficult times. I’m always greeted with a smile and friendly voice. These two always take care of me.
