Never get a loan here. They talk you into buying "job loss insurance" that does everything in it's power not to cover legitimate job loss. Just because I had my own business that shut down permanently due to the mess we are in because of COVID, they say they don't cover self employed. That's funny because they were told when we got the loan and the insurance that it was my own business. The office has so much turn over you never know who you will be dealing with. I will do everything in my power to get out from under them ASAP.

Lee and I had an absolutely wonderful experience in getting this loan. Glen was well prepared and the transaction went quickly. Glen was very knowledgeable about our loan. He went over all of the paperwork with us. Then, we were ready to sign. Easy, breezy!!!! Glen was so very kind and caring. We really appreciate him and the folks at One Main that gave this young man a job. I think he will be a great asset to the company. If needed, I would be happy to work with him again. The process was very easy and was conducted in the comfort of my home. The representative, Brendon, was very patient, professional and polite.

Terara, working with me on a loan application told me no early pay off penalties and no fees for early pay off. When i get down to the office she tries adding in a 4% service charge. I feel She completely tried being a snake, as i was very clear about fees before i drove down. All she had to was be honest over the phone and i would have closed the loan with her.

Cannot leave 0 stars. I'm currently moving to Florida. Applied for loan online. Was told I was approved. Loan office told me I had to transfer to Florida office. Florida office told me you have to have an electric bill. Could not receive the loan because I'm waiting on the house to be ready to move into, I dont have an electric bill in Florida... Did not receive any product but took an immediate hit to my credit. Now I can't receive the same loan because they put a loan in motion... Avoid at all cost...
