Speedy Cash, Nashville, TN

I usually always cash my check here and the staff are usually very helpful. Unfortunately, tonight they were just horrible. Hours of operation states that they don’t close till 8 but had doors locked at 7:30. Spent a few minutes trying to get their attention and was finally let in.They were VERY focused on getting us out of their as fast as possible with the least amount of effort given to their job. I only had a simple question but they made it impossible to get the question across. Active listening was definitely not their strong point. Honestly, I like the day shift group better.

I came in the other day, not knowing the place closed within the next 15 minutes and they insisted on me staying so they could help me out even though I understood and offered to leave. They were great, with a polite demeanor and help me in a timely manner. Thank yall so much!

Quick and efficient with paperwork. All I do is cash checks here. Do not recommend taking loans out here. I never have but I read the paperwork and it is insane.

Christy was a great help I honestly don't know what I was going to do for the next couple weeks about cash until I came to Speedy Cash and talk to Christy
