Been dealing with them for years. Got behind a time or two but they always understood. Got behind due to short week due to Thanksgiving. They called wanting to know when I would have my payment told them my next paycheck (9 days). They said they didn't care that they would be trying to take it again before then. Told them wasn't anything on my account that all they would be doing is putting me further behind cause I'd get a NSF charge. "Not their problem". Place use to have good people working there now their all garbage.

I missed my payment by 1 day due to my check not clearing in my account like normal. Come to find out it was because they decided to go ahead and pull the full loan out of my account. Woke up to a negative balance of over $400.. don't trust these people. Go somewhere else.

Very busy but the 2 girls that were there worked as fast as they could. Polite[ update: Nikki left and I hate it without her!]

be aware a scam artist is calling using this business name demanding 1000s of dollars knew my mother in laws addresses and everything we live in a different state and cash express said they have no record of her if a third party collector calls you report it to the please it is a scam

Worst loan agency ever! They are constantly understaffed and the paperwork just to make a payment is ridiculous. Worst interest rates in the whole town.

Almost witnessed a fist fight because the store has no system to keep up with who is next in line. This could have been avoided by a number system. Which is not a privacy issue. I can't wait to be able to get rid of this loan!
