Working at Avant has been amazing. I am able to be home with my boys while I work from home and nothing beats that. Management is amazing. My supervisor is beyond amazing. Love my team and my job. Always learning something new and my supervisor is always there with helpful tips.

Worked for the company started back in January of 2020 then Covid-19 hit and they were completely unprepared. Sent most people home with stuff all the out of the blue furloughed half of the place on May 1st 2020. Didn't give any warnings to get a new job nor when we would be going back they called us back in September 2020 pretty much 5 months after we got furloughed. Management was not that bad some were way more understanding than others.

I was fired because I went to the bathroom outside of my scheduled break time.

They did me dirty, and lied to me.

I would never recommend getting a card with this company. They charge illegitimate fees and have payment issues. NEVER GET THEIR CREDIT CARD
