My fiance did her taxes with them and they are very nice and professional. I sat with her as they did her taxes together. She has used them for the last 5+ years without a problem. I have used them a few times myself and they alway do a great job with mine also. On a side note they do offer a class on taxes and how to prepare your taxes and others.

I had a great experience at this location. Julie Cooley is the best tax preparer's I have ever dealt with. She is very nice, sweet, and cares about her customers. I have missed coming to Liberty Tax once in the last six tax seasons and Julie is by far the best ever. I just love her. Please never let her go. Thanks Carolyn Rhodey

Nikki was outstanding she went above and beyond to make sure my taxes was done correctly. After another location dropped the ball she took my taxes fixed them and I couldn’t be happier I highly recommend using this location and Nikki only!

DO NOT RECCOMMEND!! Appointment was made online, then owner had an “emergency “ and just sent out a mass text changing the appointment to a different business day ASSUMING that I was available at that new scheduled time. Didn’t even get a courtesy call saying she needed to cancel the same day appointment. Not good business practice to assume people are available at her convenience. Will not be recommending this business at all. Lady also told me she was the only person working there. Looking at other reviews others work there.

They were very nice. My filing was correct. But communication needs improvement- was told initially that the fee was $230, then at filing time they changed it to $315. Was told initially that I owed IRS $1, then later a few thousand. The app gives the appearance of convenience but you end up not being able to upload some documents. So you have to email them or take them there.

Julie is awesome! went here last year for the first time. Julie is so helpful and kind, knows what she's doing. Gets you in and out fast !!
