I have been a customer for years and one of the worker was so disrespectful to to me I was so embarrassed

Went in to pawn some .999 fine silver. They outright refused to take it. Didn't test it or anything, the woman I talked to was ignorant as to what was in front of her and just kept calling them coins. She has no business being in the pawn business. The pieces I had are more valuable than anything in the shop and now my business will be taken elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you have anything valuable.

They were great ,they helped me out alot.

I wish they close this place nothing but rude people work there who think they are better than everyone I hope they get treated they way they do every one else like trash and this does no good to post because nothing will get done but like the way he got talk to rude why I had my sick baby with me rude people who need fired

There is some good workers up there, but most is just rude and don’t even give people a chance to explain or pay there pawns.
