I unfortunately had to borrow money for an unexpected expense several months ago. I have paid my loan on time every month. I contacted Covid and had to miss several weeks of work and called them to inform them my payment would be 6 days late. They said if I didn't have my payment to them within 24 hours of my payment being late my payment would double. This did not sound accurate so I contacted a friend who works for the TN Financial Bureau which regulates title loans. He told me to ask for a copy of my contract and my renewal statement that by law they have to provide me with each month, which I have never gotten. These people are awful. Think twice before doing business with them if there is a chance you may be even one day late.

I needed to cash a check for 16k and they helped me out and hooked me up. They were very professional and courteous. Even though they didn’t have enough in the store to cash it, they went to a bank so I wouldn’t have to wait. Plus they have free goodie bags, candy, and cups. I would highly recommend using them.

Express ATM NOT. Not an ATM machine. Had to deal with counter clerk and sign papers just to get cash from debit card.

Please refrain from sending me mail about your predatory lending service.
