Fantastic Staff! Danielle, Damien, Kirsten all greeted me with enthusiasm and a desire to help. I was in and out in 5 minutes, no stress, no judgement. What a great option when you need to handle some quick financial surprises!

I am absolutely impressed with the Advanced Financial branch in Paris, TN. It was urgent that I come up with money for a bill and the woman working there, Danielle, was amazing and went above and beyond to assist me with applying for a small loan. They are supposed to close at 6pm but Danielle stayed after closing just to assist me. She did not have to do that and that not only shows the dedication she has for her job but it shows she actually cares about the customers and their needs. She is amazing and a true blessing! If I ever need assistance in the future I will most definitely ask for Ms. Danielle and will not hesitate to refer her to others either! Thanks again Ms. Danielle!!!!

I had a great experience at Advance Financial! Everyone up there is so helpful. Lisa and Allison made setting up my loan very simple, Kirsten was very nice and helpfull. Seth was very informative when i had questions about my account while i was making my payment.

I received the BEST Customer Service possible from Damien in the Paris, Tn office... He was very professional, responsive and detailed specific. He answered all my questions honestly and kept an awesome friendly conversation while multitasking to complete my requests. Dawn is a great leader as well and was right there to support Damien if needed. Very good team, as well as professional environment.

Seth at Advance Financial is awesome! We had to go through different steps to get the loan from who we have our card with, but seth was patient and knowledgeable through the whole process! Great job Seth and great place to go!!

Damein, Kirsten, and Michelle were able to help me out today. They went above and beyond to help me in a time of need. These guys are knowledgeable, caring, and always so happy when I walk through the door. Their facilities are always clean and offer candy. Go see these folks. They are the true definition of good people.
