Was alot better when the older lady was there in the loan office. She was so sweet. She saw the good in people that were trying I guess. I know I got issues with my credit . But a credit union should help people so we don't have to go to these high interest places. Also it's always going to be a different reason why they can't approve you! I'm glad I'm not the only one that think things have changed at this bank. Some have went to a new bank.

this is the best bank in town. everyone is always friendly and very helpful. wish they stayed open to 6 pm or were open at least like 2 Saturdays out of the month. Outside of that cant be beat

a lot of new staff that are not trained well. several of the key people have or are retiring atmosphere has changed, no satisfaction offered for problems

I love the easy access to my account.!!

Terrible customer service. Just had a simple question about financing. Tommy was super rude. Will not be using them moving forward.
