I called to apply for an auto loan on Wednesday that was later approved either same day or the morning after. I was told by the First Gentleman I spoke with that he would call me back when the loan was pre approved. I gave him Thursday to reach out and he never did. I didn’t find out the loan was pre approved so early until I called on Friday. Mind you I was clear from the start that we planned to pick this car up on Friday which was said to be no problem. I pushed it back with the seller to Saturday to give it more time and it still wasn’t enough. I called Friday afternoon and spoke with a different employee who failed to mention my membership application hadn’t gone through even though I filled out all required info the day before. I was explicitly clear that she needed to call me back before 5pm otherwise we weren’t going to have the money to pick up the car. Well she fails to do this before clocking out and then I speak to a manager who was annoyed that I was annoyed when she told me she was pretty sure her staff had just dropped the ball. Long story short I’m not having to change a lot of plans Around and may not even be able to capitalize on this deal considering I was relating the message that it’d be possible to secure funds from the bank. Trust has dissolved and I just take an L on this one thanks to east mind. I was referred by a friend who gave them a 5 star review which is the only reason I gave them a chance but this was pretty sad poor communication.
