Becca is trash and shouldn’t be employed here she’s rude on so many levels and lacks customer service skills.

Been by 3 times all 3 times was a note saying open later, kinda hard to do business when you are not open during business hours

Horrible place of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last option. You miss one little payment... Pay it back... But yet they still treat you as if you never paid the loan back. Rude management and rude CSR. They also will come to private property and leave a message and stuff on cars. They will harass you. REMEMBER I DID PAY IT ALL BACK IN FULL. they don't take any excuse or life problem into consideration.

I was planning to bring my car in and called to get some information. My mom was concerned about her car and wondered what they do with the cars once they giva a loan on one. The lady said "now thats a odd question " then said in a rudely manor.."there locked behind a gate where they cannot be stolen" wow...were not thieves and never would i recommend this place!

Great experience , I went in feeling embarrassed that I had to get a loan , but left feeling as if they were non judgmental friends. family friendly, and the staff are super nice, and very professional! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a loan!

I would never take a loan out of the God forsaken place. Rudest and ugliest staff I've ever spoke to.

I love the atmosphere and the 3 ladies that work there are amazing...even if they don't really care they give up the sense that they truly care about you as the customer! I do highly recommend this place of business!
