I was in need of a loan and applied with the people at 1st Franklin Financial in Powell TN. The ladies there are very friendly and professional. They explained how the loan process works as well as answering any questions I had about when and how I could make my payments. If you need a loan I highly recommend give these folks a call.

The website never works and I missed three payments because a discrepancy with my phone company not using my card so my phone was turned off partially. I could not dial out so whenever I was working I never was able to take any calls. Anyways, long story short, go to BBB website. This company will sue you for 3 months of late payment for the smallest loan. As a mom of a two year old, I find it crazy to have to drive to the branch to do automatic bill pay. I have narcolepsy with cataplexy so kinda not easy to drive. I explained that and there was no kind of sympathy. And to make the situation worse, I spoke to the office and their legal team and received different answers on the help I could get. I was polite about asking questions and was hung up on by the legal team because I started to cry. Look, just don’t do it. Save your money, lose your home, find another lender/bank, and or branch because this was the worse experience of my life. Over less than 1000 dollars…..I’m sure someone will comment on this but idk anymore. I never was able to use the website, was forced to come in and sign papers to do automatic bill pay, and they have no hearts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WILL EVER LOSE YOUR JOB OR GET SICK TO THE POINT YOU ARE ON LEAVE AS I WAS!
