The Teller that helped me with my loan her name was Desiree. She was very polite and helped me step by step in the process. I am new to getting loans and she helped the process seem so easy. She sweet and has a beautiful smile. Amazing customer service. Seems as if she enjoys the job which made my experience wonderful

She was hands down the best representative I have talked to!! Not only did she help me fill out the app she also wasted no time in contacting me once I got approved!! It's funny that the sign out front says "we say yes", must just be a decoration or something cuz that's clearly not true. If you're lower or working class do not even bother youre gonna get denied, went in with an excellent credit score and still got denied. Very frustrating cuz you gotta go to great lengths to try to get money to survive and can't get no help no where even when you try to sell your soul to these financial services demons even they won't bite. Crazy.
