Angela was very knowledgeable and courteous. She took time to answer all my questions and made sure preparing and filing my tax return was a smooth process. Will definitely be coming back to Liberty Tax service next year.

I was very happy to find their office open. Every tax office I called wasn't open. Angela helped me with my taxes and she is so nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services and I will keep going to Angela for my tax needs.

Toni is not honest with her customers, she doesn't honor your request for DD to bank accounts so she can charge for printing your checks AND doing return. Fees are $100 per form and she charges for forms you don't even have to file like a TN state tax that doesn't exist. She fails to cover terms and conditions to make sure she gets all money she can. When you ask for help she laughs at you. Stay far away!!

Amazing customer service! Angela explained everything in great detail and walked me through step by step exactly what I needed to do. Highly knowledgeable with what she is doing. Highly recommend doing your taxes with Angela. We’re basically best friends now. Absolutely cannot wait until I have to do my dreaded taxes again and get to talk to Angela again.

I was 5 years behind on my taxes and was told by several tax professionals that I couldn't finish them because I was still waiting on a divorce decree that I wouldn't have for another 4 months. I then was sent to Angela at Liberty Tax to file for an extension and she told me that was all wrong and she could get all my taxes done that day! A little over an hour later we had all my taxes completely caught up. I would highly recommend Angela at Liberty Tax to anyone needing tax services!
